There are a few good, reliable websites that monthly post coupons on grocery items. Coupons.com is one, RedPlum.com and SmartSource.com With all three of these site you can scan through pages (sometimes 20+) of coupons for anything from cereal and Chex Mix to hair color and shampoo. While you are scanning when you come across a coupon you want, you click on the box that says "clip" and, just like your newspaper coupons at home, you only "clip" or print the coupons you want.
The coupons are updated on the first of every month so this is a great day to check these sites because there is a limit to how many times you can print out each coupon. If you only have time to scan one site, I would suggest coupons.com. It is the most comprehensive, but the other sites will have some coupons you can't find anywhere else.
When you are ready to print your coupons for the very first time, you will have to install a coupon printing program. This is not a virus nor does it take up much space at all. After the quick installation and set up, you will never need to open up this program again.
Enjoy.
