I hate getting my car tuned-up, but I love when there are coupons available to ease the pain. Pep Boys has some coupons, but the best one is "Free Brake System Evaluation and Tire Rotation." I don't need them to tell me my brake pads need changing but I'll take the FREE TIRE ROTATION.
